Some U.S. state laws, including California’s, give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. Here is where chamonadlibs.com stands, and how to make a request.
Chamon Adlibs does not sell personal information for money or anything else of value, does not “share” it for cross-context behavioural (targeted) advertising, and has not done so in the past 12 months. The Site runs no advertising, analytics or tracking technologies.
1. What this means for you
Because there is no sale or sharing, you are already opted out — there is nothing you need to do. Information you send through the contact form is used only to reply to you and work with you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar opt-out signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser. Since we don’t sell or share information, this simply confirms your preference.
3. Make a request anyway
You are always welcome to send a formal opt-out request, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information. Email iamchamon@gmail.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” (or “Privacy Request”) and the email address you used to contact us. An authorised agent may also submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. We won’t ask you to create an account, and we won’t treat you differently for making a request.
4. If this ever changes
If we ever begin selling or sharing personal information, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy first and give you a clear way to opt out before it happens.
